The Asia Pacific market is promising , but also extremely challenging. Media Landscape
Investment Climate and business volume
Interviews with leading media owners, giving their views about partner’s products
Competitive Information (who are the competitors, etc.)
Analysis of product suitability (languages, functionality, etc) and feasibility study
Product modifications arequired to achieve market specific requirements
Strategy for market entry and sustaining growth
  Support requirements
  ROI analysis
The studies are conducted on a contract basis, with fees depending on the number of countries covered and specific information required. Usually, and again depending on the above criteria, the studies are completed within six to 12 weeks. The normal procedure is that at a mutually convenient and appropriate point, a Medialive employee together with a representative of the partner will travel together through the target countries to meet with leading media personalities and to verify the content of the study.
